One licensed builder from the footing to the final inspection. We hold both the residential builder and the electrical license, so the two trades that usually point at each other are the same crew.

Most of what we do starts as dirt and ends as a finished, inspected building. A new home, an addition that has to tie into a roofline that already exists, or a gut remodel that turns out to need a new service panel halfway through. Those are the jobs where having one contractor who holds both licenses stops being a talking point and starts saving you weeks.

On a typical build the general contractor hires an electrical sub. When the panel is undersized or the rough in fails inspection, the builder says it is the electrician's problem and the electrician says he wired what he was given. You are the one who pays for the delay.
Chad holds South Carolina residential builder and electrical license CLM 112844. The electrical is not a sub we manage. It is us. That means the service size gets decided when the plan gets drawn, not after the drywall is hung.
Every job carries a one year parts and labor warranty. If something we installed fails inside that year, we come back and fix it. That is not a promotion, it is how we have always worked.
We walk the site with you before we quote anything. You get a written scope that says what is included and what is not, because most of the disputes we have seen on other people's jobs come from a number scribbled on the back of a card.
Once you approve it, we pull the permits, schedule the inspections, and give you one number to call. Chad answers his own phone. There is no project coordinator who has to check with somebody else.
We build on your lot. We do not sell land. If you have not bought a lot yet, walk it with us before you close, because grading and access are the two things that most often make a cheap lot expensive.
It depends on size, weather and how fast the inspections come back. We give you a written schedule with the quote and we tell you when it slips, rather than letting you find out.
Sometimes. We have to inspect what is already there and price the correction honestly, and occasionally the correction costs more than the remaining work. We will tell you that up front rather than after we have your deposit.
Yes. Permits, scheduling inspections and meeting the inspector are all on us.
