We are a licensed electrical contractor based at 2424 South Pine St in Spartanburg. Most of our work is residential, and we also take commercial electrical and data jobs that fit a small-to-mid crew: retail storefronts, offices and light commercial spaces that need panels, lighting, equipment circuits or network cabling. On these jobs our scope is the electrical and data only. We work alongside your general contractor, landlord or franchise team, and we are not the GC for the rest of the build.
Licensed directly. South Carolina residential builder and electrical CLM 112844. North Carolina electrical L37525. Georgia electrical EN219168. We pull the permit for our scope and we meet the inspector.

When a lease turns over, the floor plan usually changes — and the outlets, lighting and equipment circuits have to change with it. That is tenant improvement work, not a residential panel swap. On those jobs our scope is the electrical and data (low-voltage/network cabling), working with the GC, landlord or franchise team rather than as the general contractor.
See the dedicated tenant upfit page for process, what to send us, and how we schedule around open-for-business constraints. Residential and general electrical work stays on the electrical page.
On a typical commercial remodel the GC hires an electrical sub. When the panel is short or the rough-in fails, the schedule slips while people sort out who owns it. Chad holds the electrical license directly (SC CLM 112844), so the person who sizes the service is the person who answers for the electrical and data work. You get one contact for that scope, and service-size questions get settled on the plan, not after the walls are closed.
